If you are not on the UK mainland and would like a delivery of our oil please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will be happy to give you a dispatch cost.
We will do our best to dispatch your order within 3 days of it being placed. This may take a little longer during harvest - mid Nov to mid March - but we will try our upmost to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Should we not be able to dispatch your order within the above time scale we will inform you and offer you the option of a refund.
We really hope you are happy with your purchase of Mestó Extra Virgin Olive Oil. If you are not satisfied, you may return items bought from us for a refund. Any intended returns, damages or shortages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt by email to: email@example.com.
You have the right to cancel your order at any time before delivery or up to 7 working days after delivery.
Where goods have already been delivered and you wish to change or cancel your order then any goods supplied should be returned to our Mail Order Department at: Mesto Artisan Olive Oil Returns Department. 13 Bennett Road, Brighton, East Sussex, BN2 5JL.
The items should be returned at your own expense, in original condition, within 10 days of your notice to change or cancel. Please ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and we do advise that you obtain a certificate of postage in case the parcel fails to reach us.
Following receipt of the goods by us we will be happy to accommodate changes where possible or you will receive a full refund, less any return delivery and/or collection charges, within 28 days of giving us your notice to change or cancel.
If you are not happy with the service you have received we'd like to fix things as soon as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please be aware that during harvest - mid Nov to mid March it is better to email us than to call.
If you are interested in stocking our premium Single Estate Extra Virgin Olive Oil or using it in your restaurant then please email us at email@example.com for terms. We also provide our oil in 5 Ltr containers suitable for caterers and restaurateurs.
